MEET THE DESIGNER

When I set out to design a piece, or collection of jewelry, my first priority is to give the wearer or viewer a certain chilling sensation, like they are observing an otherworldly artifact - something ancient, exotic and forgotten, while sleek and technological.

I take inspiration from the allure of deep-space and its mysteries, the art and architecture of ancient civilizations, as well as contemporary artists and designers, such as Luigi Serafini, Giorgetto Giugiaro, and the Memphis Milano group.

Coming from a background in mechanical engineering, I approach jewelry design from an alternative perspective. Embracing processes like CNC machining, and nontraditional materials like space-grade alloys, while featuring intricate, mechanical structures for holding gemstones, these wearable sculptures aim for striking geometric harmony.
